| EXPECTED RESULTS | Short-term: improved knowledge of European institutions, policies, and values; improved understanding of interests, values, needs of European youth; proficient employing of community engagement tools in organisational activities; acquisition of an intersectional and gender equality approach in research, analysis, and organisational practices; improved ability to navigate the media landscape and to spot disinformation practices; broadened national and transnational networks.Medium-term: creation of a transnational youth community exchanging on relevant social, economic, political issues; improved agency, pro-activity, and self-determination; improved critical understanding of socio-economic and political issues; improved ability to negotiate and communicate; improved ability to spot and counter discriminatory practices; greater commitment to defend and promote fundamental rights; more valuable spaces for decision makers and youth to exchange views and communicate; more inclusive communications and social practices.Long-term: gender equality and non-discrimination mainstreaming; improved sense of belonging and commitment to the EU; increased and improved public space to express views; widespread culture of the EU values – democracy, equality, human dignity, and fundamental rights; increased participation ofminorities and discriminated groups to democracy; greater participation to European elections.
