UNICEF Voices of Youth has launched a call for the Voices of Youth
Blogging Internship.
The 3-month internship will offer young people worldwide the opportunity
to develop their writing, research and critical thinking skills and allow
them to connect with other engaged young people around the world in global
dialogue.
Eligible applicants should be
– between 14 and 24 years old
– fluent in English,
– able to access the Internet at least once a week to blog, comment and
participate in debates.
This internship is by remote participation – so interns are not required
to travel anywhere.
Interns will be supervised by VOY Community Managers, who will provide
tips and tricks on how to write good blog posts.
During the internship, interns will receive regular feedback on their
writing, get access to tips&tricks on how to write a good blog post and
exchange ideas with other blogging interns.
At the end of the internship they will have improved their blogging
skills, gained new insights into global development issues and been
connected to a network of international young bloggers.
They will also receive a certificate of merit by UNICEF.
The internship will last from December 2015 to February 2016.
Deadline: 30 October 2015.
