On 11th and 12th of May 2022 took place the second international team building addressed to mothers that would like to take the job role of project managers experts in European Funding. The activities were held in Bansko, Bulgaria, in two days and they have been a unique occasion of exchange between the participants and the project managers representing the six Organisations partner of the project.
Particularly, the majority of the delegations, were women and Moms and that’s represented a relevant plus for the success of the activity as they showcased to the participants their own life experience both as mothers and project managers. A long and enthusiastic debate was fed by the exchanging of different experiences and perspectives.
During this second international activity, the partnership focused on the application of the knowledge and skills acquired during the first team building, in a concrete exercise of analysis of a call for proposals and the designing of a project in application to the call.
The two calls for proposal on which the working groups worked were the CERV-2022-child and the ESF-2022-soc-innov, very different for topic and structure, with the goal to offer to the attendees a widespread overview. The four working groups measured themselves in an in-depth analysis of the call for proposal, as well as, the definition of the project objectives, target groups, expected results and work packages with a grant of the activities. The results were impressive.
The Partnership is grateful to the hosting partner ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL INITIATIVES FOR COOPERATION for the successful logistic management and to the Erasmus Plus programme for co-funding the project In Mom We Trust.
